- Content Plan Generator: Uses AI to create a personalised content strategy based on your answers — tailored to your niche, platforms, and goals.
- Video Analysis: Uses OpenAI Whisper for transcription and GPT for hook scoring, CTA analysis, and improvement suggestions.
- Post Composer: Suggests post variations, headlines, and platform-specific copy adaptations.
- Content Variants: Generates alternative versions of your existing content for different platforms and audiences.
Limitations of AI — the honest version
Big Fish is clever, but not infallible. Here's what you should know:
- It can make things up: AI occasionally generates plausible-sounding but completely wrong information — fake stats, outdated platform rules, confident nonsense. Always sense-check anything factual before you use it.
- It doesn't know what happened last Tuesday: AI models have a knowledge cutoff. Recent algorithm changes, trending topics, or breaking news won't be reflected unless you tell it.
- It might not suit your context: Suggestions are generated from broad training data. What works for one niche or audience may not work for yours. Use your judgement.
- It's not a professional adviser: Nothing Big Fish says constitutes legal, financial, or professional marketing advice. It's a very good assistant, not a qualified consultant.
- Results aren't guaranteed: Content quality and strategy suggestions vary. Growth depends on many things outside our control — consistency, timing, your audience, and a bit of luck.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it
- Verifying accuracy of any facts, statistics, or claims in AI output
- Ensuring AI-generated content complies with platform terms of service, advertising standards, and applicable law
- Not relying on AI analysis as the sole basis for significant business or financial decisions
- Obtaining professional advice where appropriate
No auto-publishing commitment
✅ HeySocialFish will never automatically publish, schedule, or post content to any social platform without your explicit, deliberate action. Every publish, share, or schedule action requires you to actively click and confirm.
This is a core design commitment, not a feature that can be enabled or disabled.
Data use for AI
Content you submit for AI analysis (e.g. video transcripts, post drafts) may be sent to our AI providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) for processing. This is governed by our Privacy Policy and the relevant provider's data processing agreements. We do not use your content to train shared AI models.
Compliance with AI regulations
We are monitoring the UK AI regulatory landscape (including the AI Safety Institute framework and proposed EU AI Act applicability) and will update our practices as requirements become clearer.
